ARTA 2018 Education Conference Sponsorships

As ARTA sponsors, your support enables us to keep registration fees low for attendees. In 2018, ARTA is offering three sponsorship options: Platinum, Gold and Tabletop.
 
All Platinum and Gold sponsors automatically receive recognition as sponsors of the July 26 Reception. In addition, they receive recognition during the conference, on the ARTA website, and in all ARTA communications (newsletter, enewsletters and ads in American Laundry News, dependent on the ability to meet production deadlines). Tabletop sponsorships do not receive this same recognition.
 
PRICING for ARTA 2018 Sponsorships

  • Platinum Sponsor $2,000; $2,025 online (includes one registration and tabletop)
  • Gold Sponsor $1,500; $1,525 online (includes one registration only)
  • Tabletop Sponsor $1,250; $1,275 online (includes one registration and tabletop) — SOLD OUT!

Note: Tabletop is a skirted 6-foot table. Electricity must be purchased direct from the hotel (see form below).

EXHIBIT SHIPPING AND SET-UP/TEAR-DOWN INFORMATION
Attached please find shipping information for exhibitors at the 2018 ARTA Education Conference in Ottawa, as follows:

Shipment Arrival Dates: The hotel will only accept shipments three (3) days before our event. Shipments will be accepted at the hotel for the ARTA Conference between July 22 and 25.

Note: Please review these forms carefully. In talking with our hotel contact, it's recommended that U.S. exhibitors work through a customs broker to ensure timely delivery of items to the Chateau Laurier. 

EXHIBIT SET UP/TEAR DOWN

  • Exhibitors may set up between noon and 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 25.
  • Tear down is between noon and 2 p.m. on July 27.
  • Note: In shipping out items on Friday, you must contact your shipper direct and tell them you have a pick up at the Chateau Laurier on Friday. You will be able to label and leave your shipment at your booth location, but the hotel will not take responsibility for contacting your shipper (UPS or Fed Ex or other).

Electricity Form
We will have some basic electrical outlets, but not enough for every exhibit. If you require a dedicated electrical connection, please use the Electric Form from the Chateau Laurier and work with the hotel directly.
