Howard Zins, who helped to found ARTA and served as its Legislative Director, passed away peacefully at his home in Ballwin, Missouri on July 15, 2023 at the age of 88. A memorial service will be held at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Monday, July 24, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Interment Bethel Cemetery in Wildwood.
